We contribute to the sustainable future through our products, systems and services. Moving towards Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Gruppe launched 4D - Decarbonization, Decentralization, Digitalization and Decomposition - ambitiously setting Gruppe targets for Agenda 2030.


Being in the lighting industry, ES-Team has always taken steps to ensure that organization decisions are implemented with the environment in mind.


Some of these factors include sourcing for luminaire chips. Chips used are also high efficacy chips which allows larger lumen output per wattage input as well. This will significantly cut down on the wattage required and save energy for the consumer as well.


ES-Team also adopts sustainable materials switches as using anodized aluminum instead of rolled steel with powder coating. As aluminum does not rust, it is more long lasting compared to rolled steel and prevents lesser waste on the environment. For products that has to be produced using steel, ES-Team lighting also refrain from using powder coating as it is extremely harmful for the environment.


At ES-Team, as a distributor and manufacturer for our products. We always ensure that majority of our products are designed with aesthetics, practicality, quality, and performance in the strongest regards. Till this date, we have invested over a hundred proprietary product mould for casting of our product and to ensure that a stringent quality control is enforced in totality.

Before launching a new product at ES-Team Lighting. Dozens of prototypes are 3D-printed to ensure that any potential blemishes or risk are eliminated before we release it to the market. We also perform our own testing with our in-house testing equipment to guarantee the safety of our users.

One of the key criteria in ensuring quality is Batch Testing. Using a 5-step QA (Quality Assurance) model, products are always batch tested and monitored before leaving our Manufacturing hub. For projects which require a greater control on quality, we are also able to adhere to batch testing locally conducted by accredited testing labs.

At ES-Team lighting, we always ensure that the products is tested according to the latest standards established by IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) these include test which ensures both safety and performance. Some other test that can be catered for special scenarios include; Salt Test, Vibration Test and even Bacteria testing can be conducted according to various requirements too.
